My Story
I have been a Licensed Therapist for nearly 20 years. For me, it's more than a 'job', it is a calling. I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's of Science then went on to graduate programs where I studied Public Management and Social Work.
Mental health is only one aspect of overall health and well-being. Your physical body and your emotions are all connected. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in combination with Somatic Interventions (what I call "body work"). Both interventions are evidence-based interventions. Therapy isn't a one size fits all, so I will pull from a range of therapeutic interventions to find a strategy that best fits you!
